Items purchased from championchamois.com may be returned within 30 days of the ship date. To return an item, please e-mail email@example.com with a subject line of RETURN – ORDER NUMBER #### (where #### is your order number) to receive authorization and return shipping label. Or, simply fill out the contact form below and we will return your inquiry within 1-2 business days.
The cost of shipping the return will be deducted from the refund amount. Items returned must be in new condition. New condition means the item has not been used and that all seals and packaging are intact and undamaged. Once Champion Chamois receives your returned product, the cost of the returned items, will be credited to the original payment method used (minus original and return shipping charges). Please allow 10 business days for your bank to process and refund the charges to your account.
Damaged, Defectives and Incorrect Orders
Satisfaction and quality is our number one priority. We take it very seriously. In the event you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us by filling out the return form above, calling us at (949) 391-7593 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to make things right. Champion Chamois will cover the return shipping costs if the return is the result of a defective, damaged or incorrect order.
